That is all. We don’t buy data about you, look you up in data brokers’ lists, or build a profile of you.

Our forms stop spam bots with a hidden field, a timer and a limit on how many forms one connection can send per hour. There is no CAPTCHA and nothing is sent to another company to check you.

Please don’t send passwords, card numbers or health details through our forms. When a project starts, we’ll agree on a safe way to share logins.

Our demo sites

The sites under /demo/ are concept projects for made-up businesses. Their forms are there so you can try them on your phone.

What you type into a demo form is not saved and not sent to anyone. Still, there’s no need to use real details there.

What we use it for

  • To reply to you and send the audit or quote you asked for.
  • To do the work you hired us for and to look after your site.
  • To send invoices and keep business records.
  • To keep this site secure and free of spam.

We don’t use your information for advertising. We don’t make automated decisions about you. A person reads every message.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. That is why you didn’t see a cookie banner.

It loads no scripts, fonts, maps or pixels from other companies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad networks, no session recording.

We don’t run any visitor analytics on this site at the moment.

Where your information is kept

  • Website, form messages and server logs: on our web hosting account with Hostinger.
  • Email, including a copy of every form message: with our email provider.
  • Who can read it: only the two people at ConicPro. We read and answer messages from Serbia.

Hostinger and our email provider store and process data for us under their own data protection terms. They may do this in countries other than yours.

Form messages are saved in a file that can’t be reached from the web. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

No system is perfect. If something ever goes wrong and your information is affected, we will tell you.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries and audit requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client, they become part of your client record.
  • Client records: for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Server logs: kept for a limited time by our hosting company, then deleted.
  • Sooner, if you ask. Email us and we’ll delete what we aren’t legally required to keep.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. That includes “selling” and “sharing” as California privacy law uses those words.

Your information goes only to:

  • the companies that run our hosting and email (Hostinger and our email provider), so the site and our inbox can work
  • the authorities, if a law or court order requires it

Emails from us

Sending a form doesn’t sign you up for anything. We reply about what you asked for, and may follow up on that same conversation. That’s it.

If we ever start a newsletter, you will only get it if you clearly sign up for it, and every email will have a one-click way out.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • show you what we hold about you and send you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your information
  • stop using it, or use it less
  • take back a permission you gave earlier

To do any of this, email hello@conicpro.com from the address you used with us. It’s free. We reply within 1 business day and finish the job within one month.

We may ask a question or two to make sure we’re talking to the right person. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the privacy regulator where you live: your national data protection authority in the EU or UK, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. In Serbia, where we are based, it is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Websites we build for clients

When we build or look after a client’s website, the information that site collects belongs to the client, not to us. We touch it only as far as the work requires, and only on the client’s instructions.

Each client is responsible for their own site’s privacy policy.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we’ll say so in a note at the top of this page.

We won’t use information you already gave us in a new way without telling you first.
