Moving company website
Best for quote-driven businesses. A move-details quote form, USDOT and license display, and service and route pages.
Websites for local and long-distance movers · US and Canada
A quote form that works with one thumb. Your USDOT number, license and insurance in plain view. A page for every service you sell.
Fixed price from $1,500, in writing. You own the site.
A written report by email within 2 business days. Not a sales call.
We’re a two-person studio based in Serbia, online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday.
Sound familiar?
Someone planning a move asks several movers for a price. The one that answers clearly, and first, often gets the job.
None of this is about how well you move furniture. It’s about how easy you are to ask.
The checklist
Not every mover needs all of this on day one. The packages further down show what comes with each. You can test the main ones yourself in the live demo.
Shared leads
It’s a common story in this trade. You pay a lead marketplace for every inquiry. The same inquiry goes to several other movers. The job goes to whoever calls first or quotes lowest.
We won’t tell you to cancel those accounts. A new website doesn’t replace them overnight, and nobody can honestly promise you a number of leads. We don’t.
Run ads, monthly SEO or social media. We build the site so it’s ready for all three, and leave running them to you or a specialist.
A landing page from $600 gives those clicks one clear place to go. It takes about 1 week.
Live demo
We built a working website for a moving company that doesn’t exist. Open it on your phone. Fill out the quote form with one thumb. Find the USDOT number. Tap through the service and route pages. See how fast it loads.
It’s clearly labeled as a concept project. The business is fictional, the phone number is a 555 number, and the content is sample content.
Most of our client work is under NDA, so this is a concept project built to show how we think. We’re happy to walk you through past work and share references on a call.
Opens a separate demo site for a fictional business. All content on it is sample content. The demo is hand-coded, without WordPress. Your site is built in WordPress, so its speed score won’t be identical.
Best for quote-driven businesses. A move-details quote form, USDOT and license display, and service and route pages.
Packages
These are the same published prices as on our pricing page. Here is what each one means for a moving company. Your exact price is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
For a local mover with no website, or one that’s out of date.
Fixed price from $1,500
Recommended
For an established mover who wants quote requests from Google, not just from lead sites.
Fixed price from $3,500
For movers with several branches, a site in more than one language, or custom integrations.
Custom quote, still fixed in writing
You get up to 5 pages: usually Home, Services, About with your license and insurance details, Get a quote, and Contact. Click-to-call and a short quote-request form.
Typically ready to launch 2–3 weeks after we have your content, if feedback comes back within a couple of days. 2 revision rounds.
You get up to 15 pages: a page for each service you offer, plus pages for the cities and routes you serve. It comes with the full move-details quote form, or a connection to the quote tool you already use.
Also included: your Google reviews on the site, a blog for moving checklists, and Local SEO setup (sold on its own for $400).
Typically ready to launch 4–6 weeks after we have your content, if feedback comes back within a couple of days. 3 revision rounds.
Quoted per project, and still a fixed price in writing.
Read this now, not on an invoice:
We’d rather use real pictures of your trucks and crew than stock photos. Phone photos taken in daylight are fine, and our content checklist tells you what to shoot.
After launch you can add a Care Plan from $69 a month: updates, daily backups, security and uptime monitoring. Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Change or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
We don’t do those, and we’ll say so on the first call.
Timing
Moving has a busy season, and you know when yours starts. Once the phones are ringing, nobody has an hour to find truck photos or check a page of text.
So count back.
Both count from the day we have your content: text, photos and logins. Quick feedback from you keeps them on track.
Add a little time before that for the audit, the written quote and gathering your material. If your busy months are spring and summer, winter is a comfortable time to start.
Ask for the audit now. It’s free, the form is short, and you’ll have a plan ready for when things calm down.
How we work
A written report on your current site, by email within 2 business days. Prefer to talk? Book a 20-minute call instead. No cost, no obligation.
The exact list of what’s included, and a simple agreement. 50% to start.
We send a short checklist: text, photos, logins, your USDOT and MC numbers, license, insurance and valuation terms, services and the areas you cover. We design the homepage first. Nothing else gets built until you approve it.
You see the site on a private preview link and test the quote form on your own phone. 2 revision rounds with Starter, 3 with Business.
The rest is paid before launch. We go live, hand over every login and send a recorded walkthrough. Domain, hosting, site and content are in your name.
After that, a Care Plan if you want one. Month to month.
A two-person senior web studio based in Serbia. Building for the web since 2006, with 10+ years of hands-on WordPress work. No account managers and no outsourcing. You talk to the people who build your site.
We’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday, and we reply within 1 business day.
On the West Coast? Our day covers your morning and early afternoon.
Usually, yes. If your moving software gives you a quote form, a booking link or an embed code, we link to it or place it inside the site, so requests land where your office already works. If a connection needs a paid license or extra work, that’s in the written quote before you pay anything.
We’re not a partner or reseller of any moving software. We work with what you have. We also don’t build custom pricing software. If your tool has an instant-quote calculator, we embed it.
You send us your USDOT and MC numbers if you cross state lines, your state or provincial license details, and your insurance and valuation terms. We show the numbers where customers look: on every page and on the About page.
We write the valuation section in plain words and you approve it. We’re web people, not lawyers, so you confirm that the wording matches your paperwork.
Start with the ones that matter most: the towns where you do most of your work and the long-distance routes you run most often. Each page needs something real on it, not the same text with a new city name.
The Business package holds up to 15 pages in total, and each extra page is $150. We don’t promise rankings. A clear page for each place does give Google, and the customer, something specific to find.
Moving your site is part of the job, at the same package prices. We move your content to WordPress and keep your domain and email working.
Every old page address is pointed to its new one with a 301 redirect, so the links and Google results you’ve earned aren’t thrown away. We check Google Search Console (Google’s free tool for site owners) before and after launch, and update the website link on your Google Business Profile.
The same as working with a studio in another state. We work by email, a private preview link and video calls. We’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday and reply within 1 business day. Invoices are in USD.
Then you still have your website. The domain, hosting, site and content are in your name. At launch you get every login and a recorded walkthrough.
We build in WordPress, so you can edit the site yourself, and another WordPress developer can pick it up from there. You’re never locked in to us.
Free, written, no sales call
Send us your website address. Within 2 business days you get a written report by email. Here is what it covers.
No website yet? Ask anyway. We’ll send a short plan for what your first site needs.
The form asks for your name, email and website address. That’s it.
