ConicPro is a two-person senior web studio. We have been building for the web since 2006, with 10+ years of hands-on WordPress work.
No account managers. No outsourcing. When you email us, the people who answer are the people doing the work.
The short version
Where we are
We’re in Serbia. We work Eastern business hours.
We are based in Serbia, in Central European Time. We tell you that up front, because you should know who you are hiring and where they sit.
We set our working hours to North America, not to Serbia: 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday. Send a question in those hours, between jobs or between patients, and we are at our desks, not asleep.
- Questions get answered on your schedule. You get a reply within 1 business day. No waiting for an overnight inbox on the other side of the world.
- Calls happen during Eastern business hours. On Pacific time, that means your morning and early afternoon.
- No night shift, no support desk. It’s the same two people every time.
Why we stay small
Two people, on purpose
You may know how it goes at bigger shops. A friendly salesperson makes the promises. Then the work goes to someone you never meet, and the promises get lost on the way.
We stay small so that can’t happen. The two people who read your email and write your quote are the two people who build your site. Nothing gets lost between a sales team and a developer, because there is no sales team.
No handoffs to strangers.
Both of us know your project.
No juniors learning on your site.
Senior people do the work, start to finish.
No one to hide behind.
If something is wrong, you know exactly who to tell, and we know it’s ours to fix.
Small has a cost, and you should know it. We are not open around the clock. We only take on what two people can do well. And there are things we don’t do at all. The list is further down this page.

How we work with clients
Direct contact.
You write to hello@conicpro.com and the people building your site answer. You get a reply within 1 business day.
Written quotes.
Before you pay anything, you get a fixed price in writing, with the exact list of what is included and what is not. 50% to start, the rest before launch. No surprise invoices.
Plain English.
We talk about calls, bookings and quote requests, not plugins and frameworks. If we have to use a technical word, we explain it.
Homepage first.
We design your homepage first. Nothing else gets built until you approve it.
Everything handed over.
At launch you get every login and a recorded walkthrough that shows you how to edit your own site. The domain, hosting, site and content are in your name.
30 days of free fixes.
If something we built doesn’t work as agreed after launch, we fix it at no charge. After that, a monthly Care Plan is there if you want it. It’s optional.

You should own your site.
Your domain, your hosting, your content and your logins, all in your name. We build in WordPress so you can edit the site yourself and you’re never locked in. If a website disappears when you stop paying a monthly fee, it was never yours.

Prices belong on the website.
Ours are published, along with what is included and what is not. You should be able to find out what a site costs without sitting through a sales call.

Say what you don’t do.
We don’t run monthly SEO or ads, and we say so. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings, and we don’t. A short list beats a long one full of things done badly.

No fake reviews. Ever.
You won’t find testimonials or star ratings on this site, and we won’t write our own. That is why you see concept projects on our Work page and not invented praise. Most of our past work is under NDA. We’re happy to walk you through it and share references on a call.
Why no names or photos?
This first version of our site doesn’t show names or photos yet. We know that’s unusual. Names and faces are coming.
Until then, you can meet us on a 20-minute call, and we share references on request.

What we don’t do
We build websites and look after them. That’s the job. Here is what we leave to others.
- Monthly SEO campaigns
- Google Ads or Facebook ads management

- Ongoing content writing
- Logo design and branding
- Custom software
We build your site so it is ready for SEO and ads. Running them is up to you or a specialist you choose.
We’re probably not for you if…
- You want a website for nothing down and a monthly fee forever. We build sites you own.
- You want someone to promise the top spot on Google. We won’t.
- You need a full marketing department. We are two people who build and maintain websites.

Can I talk to you before I commit to anything?
Yes. Book a 20-minute call, or skip the call and ask for the free written audit. Neither costs anything, and neither comes with a sales pitch attached.
You’re in Serbia. How does that work day to day?
Much like working with a studio in another state: email, preview links and scheduled calls.
We’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday, we reply within 1 business day, and calls happen during Eastern business hours. Quotes and invoices are in USD.
What if you two disappear or stop answering?
Your site keeps running, because none of it depends on us. The domain, hosting, site and content are in your name, and you get every login at launch.
We build in WordPress, so you’re never locked in to us. Care Plans are month-to-month, with no long-term contract.
