Dental website design, built to turn searches into appointment requests

A fast website with a page for every treatment, clear insurance and new-patient info, and an appointment request that works with one thumb.

Fixed price, agreed in writing. When it’s done, you own all of it.

A written report in your inbox within 2 business days. It is not a sales call. No website yet? Ask anyway and we’ll send a short plan for your first one.

We’re a two-person studio based in Serbia, online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday.

  • Fixed price in writing, from $1,500
  • You own your site, domain and content
  • 50% to start, the rest before launch
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch

Sound familiar?

Your dentistry is good. Your website isn’t telling anyone.

  • Someone searches “dentist near me” and the corporate chain down the road shows up on the map before you do.
  • Implants, clear aligners and whitening each get one line on a single “Services” page.A patient comparing options learns nothing.
  • “Do you take my insurance?” is still the first question on every call, because the website doesn’t say.
  • The people smiling on your homepage are stock models.Patients can tell.
  • You pay a monthly fee for a site you don’t own.Changing your hours means a support ticket and a wait.
  • On a phone the site is slow, the text is tiny and the phone number can’t be tapped.
  • Your contact form has a “tell us about your problem” box, so health details land in an ordinary email inbox.
  • The last web person stopped answering.

None of this is about your clinical work. It’s about a website that was never built for how patients choose a dentist.

The checklist

What a good dental website needs

This is what a practice website from us can include. Your written quote lists exactly which items are in yours. Use it as a checklist for your current site, too.

  • A clear path for new patients.
What happens at the first visit, what to bring, where to park. A “Request an appointment” button on every page.
  • A page for each treatment.
Implants. Clear aligners. Cosmetic dentistry. Emergency dentistry. Pediatric dentistry. Each page answers the questions you hear chairside: who it’s for, what happens, how long it takes, how payment works. It also gives Google a specific page to show when someone searches for that treatment.
  • An emergency page that gets to the point.
Tap-to-call at the top, your real hours, and what to do until they reach you, in your words.
  • Insurance and financing in plain words.
The plans you accept, or direct billing if you’re in Canada. What happens if a patient is out of network. The payment plans you offer. So patients don’t have to call just to ask.
  • New-patient forms that are easy to find.
Printable PDFs to fill out at home, or a link to the forms inside your patient system.
  • A Meet the Dentist page with your photos, not ours.
Your face, your team, your operatories. Patients are choosing a person. Clear photos taken on a phone are better than stock models.
  • A before-and-after gallery, if your rules allow one.
Your own cases only. Getting each patient’s written authorization is your job; we add a short note under the gallery saying you have it.
  • An appointment form that doesn’t ask for health details.
More on that just below, in the section about the appointment form.
  • Your Google reviews on the site, where your state board or provincial college allows patient reviews in advertising. Plus a review link and a QR code for the front desk, so asking a happy patient for a review is easy.
  • Fast on a phone.
Tap-to-call, map, hours and directions where a thumb can reach them.
  • Built with accessibility in mind.
We follow the WCAG guidelines as our reference: readable contrast, labels on every form field, keyboard-friendly menus, alt text on images. It makes the site easier for every patient to use. Tools from other companies that you embed, such as a scheduling widget, are outside our control. We don’t promise legal compliance, and no web studio can.
  • Yours to edit.
We build in WordPress, so your office can change hours, add a team member or post a holiday notice without calling anyone. You’re never locked in.

Rules on reviews, before-and-after photos and treatment claims differ by state and province. You tell us what your board or college allows, and we build to that.

The appointment form, in plain words

An appointment form that asks for a phone number, not a medical history

Many dental websites have a box that says “Tell us about your problem.” Patients fill it out in detail. Then their health details travel through a regular website form and sit in a regular email inbox.

Regular website forms and email are not the place for health information. So we leave it out on purpose.

What the form asks

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • New or returning patient
  • The days and times that work for them

What it leaves out

  • No “describe your symptoms” box
  • No medical history
  • No insurance member numbers

What it says under the button: “Please don’t include health details here. We’ll ask when we call you.”

In pain right now? The page says it plainly: call us. With a tap-to-call button right there.

Your front desk calls back, confirms the time and asks the clinical questions by phone or in person. That’s where they belong.

Request an appointment Name Phone Email New or returning patient New Returning Days and times that work Request appointment Please don’t include health details here. We’ll ask when we call you. In pain right now? Call us

Want full online scheduling? If your practice software has a patient-scheduling tool, we link to it or embed it in the site. The booking happens inside your system, not inside a website form.

New-patient paperwork works the same way. Printable PDFs, or a link to the forms in your patient system. Medical history does not go through the website.

One more plain fact: we won’t put a privacy-law badge on your site. Compliance is about how your whole practice handles patient information, and no web designer can hand it to you. What we do is keep clinical details out of the website form: no symptoms, no medical history, no insurance numbers.

A name and phone number on an appointment request can still count as protected information for a practice. Ask your compliance advisor how your office should receive and store those requests. If email isn’t the right place for them and your patient system has its own request form, the button can link to that instead.

You vs. the chain down the road

The corporate chain has a marketing department. You have a name patients know.

Corporate chains and DSOs run the same playbook in every town, and they’re good at it. But they can’t copy a dentist with a name and a face, reviews from people in your town, and photos of your actual office.

Our job is to make sure Google and patients can see all of that. Here is what we set up:

  • Your Google Business Profile, set up or cleaned up, with the website link pointing to the right place.
  • Your practice name, address and phone number matching across the main directories.
  • Schema markup: behind-the-scenes labels that tell Google what kind of business you are, where you are and when you’re open.
  • A page for each treatment and for each area you draw patients from.
  • A review link and a QR code for the front desk, so collecting Google reviews becomes a habit.

This is our Local SEO setup: $400 one time alongside a Starter site, and included in the Business package. It’s a foundation, not a monthly campaign, and it comes with no ranking guarantee.

Concept project

Open a working dental website on your phone

We built a full demo site for a fictional dental practice. It has a 555 phone number and sample content, and it’s clearly labeled as a concept.

Open it on your own phone. Check how fast it loads. Tap through the treatment pages and the insurance and new-patient info. Look at what the request-an-appointment form asks, and what it leaves out.

Most of our client work is under NDA, so this is a concept project built to show how we think. We’re happy to walk you through past work and share references on a call.

Concept project

Dental practice website

Best for practices that want appointment requests. Service pages, insurance and new-patient info, and a request-an-appointment form that doesn’t ask for health details.

Any reviews shown inside the demo are samples and are labeled that way. The demo is hand-coded, without WordPress. Your site is built in WordPress, so its speed score won’t be identical.

What that looks like

Starter

Home, Meet the Dentist, Treatments, New Patients (insurance, financing, forms), Contact with appointment request.

Business

Everything in Starter, plus a page for each main treatment, pages for the areas you serve, a before-and-after gallery if your rules allow one, a blog, your scheduling system linked or embedded, your Google reviews on the site, and Local SEO setup.

Premium

A set of pages for each location, a second language such as Spanish or French, custom integrations, a large old site moved across.

Timelines start when we have your content: text, photos and logins. Prices are in US dollars, for Canadian practices too.

What’s not included

Better you hear it now than on an invoice.

  • Domain name and hosting — bought in your own name (typically about $15/year and $10–30/month). We set them up for you.
  • Photography and video
  • Logo design and branding
  • Writing all of your text from scratch (available as an add-on)
  • Paid third-party licenses, if your project needs one — quoted up front, at cost
  • Monthly SEO, ads management and social media

Two notes for a practice

  • Photos: we use yours, and we’ll tell you which shots we need.
  • Text: you know your dentistry, so the facts come from you. If you’d rather hand us notes, we write the page for $120 per page. An extra page beyond your package is $150.

We also don’t run monthly SEO campaigns, Google or Facebook ads, or social media. We build a site that’s ready for all three and leave running them to you or a specialist.

Already have a site? Want someone to look after it?

Redesign and migration, from $1,500

Same packages, same prices. We move your content from the old site, or from Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder or Weebly. Your domain and email keep working. Every old page address is pointed to the new one, so existing links and Google results don’t break.

Care Plans, from $69/month

We keep the site updated, backed up and watched, and we restore it if something breaks. The Standard plan at $149/month adds up to 2 hours of edits each month: a new hygienist on the team page, holiday hours, a new insurance plan on the list. Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Change or cancel with 30 days’ notice.

A single landing page, from $600

One page, one goal, such as an implant consultation offer or a new-patient welcome page for an ad campaign you run. Ready in about 1 week. A low-risk way to try us.

How it works

Six steps. No surprises.

  1. Free website audit

A written report on your current site, by email within 2 business days. Prefer to talk? Book a 20-minute call instead. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Fixed quote in writing

The exact list of pages and features, and one price. A simple agreement. 50% to start.

  3. Content and design

We send a short checklist for text, photos and logins. We design your homepage first. Nothing else gets built until you approve it.

  4. Build and review

You see the site on a private preview link. Share it with your office manager or associates. 2 revision rounds on Starter, 3 on Business.

  5. Launch

The rest of the payment is due before launch. We go live, hand over every login and send a recorded walkthrough. Domain, hosting, site and content are all in your name.

  6. 30 days of free fixes

After that, a Care Plan if you want one. If you don’t, the site is still yours.

We invoice in USD. Pay by bank transfer.

Two people. No account managers.

ConicPro is a two-person senior web studio. You talk directly to the people who build your site. Nothing is outsourced.

We’ve been building for the web since 2006, with 10+ years of hands-on WordPress work.

We’re based in Serbia. We’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday, and we reply within 1 business day.

On the West Coast? Our day covers your morning and early afternoon.

Who this is not for

  • A practice that wants one company to run its ads, monthly SEO and social media. We build and look after websites. That’s all.
  • A practice that needs a logo, a brand or a photo shoot from us. We work with yours.
  • A group that needs custom software or its own patient portal. We link to the systems you already use.
  • Anyone who prefers a “$0 down” website rented by the month. Those exist. Before you sign, add up three years of fees and ask who owns the site at the end.

Questions dentists ask us

Can patients book online through the website?

Yes, in one of two ways. If your practice software has an online scheduling tool, we link to it or embed it, so patients book inside your system. That’s part of the Business package.

If you don’t have one, the site uses a request-an-appointment form. The patient picks the days and times that work for them, and your front desk calls back to confirm.

What about HIPAA and patient privacy?

We don’t sell a compliance badge, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Privacy rules, HIPAA in the US and the privacy laws in your province in Canada, cover how your whole practice handles patient information. A website can’t settle that on its own.

What we do is keep clinical details out of the website form: no symptoms, no medical history, no insurance numbers. Scheduling and patient forms stay inside your patient system. A name and phone number on an appointment request can still count as protected information for a practice, so ask your compliance advisor how your office should receive and store those requests. If your patient system has its own request form, the button can link to that instead of email.

Is the website ADA compliant?

We build with accessibility in mind and follow the WCAG guidelines as our reference. WCAG is the published standard that accessibility rules usually point to. In practice that means readable contrast, text that can be enlarged, labels on every form field, menus that work from a keyboard, and alt text on images.

We don’t promise legal compliance. That depends on more than the build, including content added later and tools from other companies that you embed, such as a scheduling widget. It’s a question for a lawyer, not a web studio.

Our current site is rented from a dental marketing company. Can we move?

Usually, yes. Check two things first: whose name your domain is registered in, and what your contract says about your text and photos. Then we rebuild the site in WordPress, in your name.

We move the content you have the right to keep, keep your domain and email working, and point every old page address to the new one so existing links and Google results don’t break. We check Google Search Console (Google’s free tool for site owners) before and after launch and update the link on your Google Business Profile. Same packages, from $1,500.

Who writes the treatment pages?

The facts come from you. It’s your dentistry. We send a short checklist for each page: who the treatment is for, the steps, how long it takes, how payment works. Bullet points are fine.

On the Business package we edit and polish the text you give us. If you’d rather we write a page from your notes, that’s $120 per page. Either way you approve every word before launch. We never invent clinical claims or promise results on your behalf.

Can you get us above the corporate chain on Google Maps?

Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, and we don’t.

What we can do is get the basics right: a clean Google Business Profile, matching listings, a page for each treatment and area, and an easy way to collect real reviews. That’s our Local SEO setup, $400 one time or included in Business. Monthly SEO campaigns are not something we offer.

It’s a report, not a sales call. We look at your site the way a new patient does, on a phone, and send you what we find within 2 business days.

  • Speed on a phone, and what is slowing the site down
  • Mobile experience: can a patient call or request an appointment with one thumb?
  • Google visibility: whether Google lists your pages, page titles, your Google Business Profile, local results
  • Trust: what a first-time visitor sees in the first five seconds
  • Technical and security health: SSL, outdated software, broken links
  • The five fixes that would matter most, in priority order, whether or not you hire us
