  3. If it’s a project

    We usually start with the free audit or a 20-minute call, then send a fixed quote in writing with the exact list of what’s included. You pay nothing until you’ve agreed to that quote.

Site down, broken or hacked?

Choose “Emergency fix” in the form and include your website address and what changed last, such as an update, a new plugin or a notice from your host.

We reply within 1 business day (Pro Care Plan clients: same business day for urgent issues), and we agree on a fixed price with you before we touch anything. Fixes start from $150.

One honest note: we’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday. We are not a round-the-clock help desk, and we’d rather tell you that now than in the middle of the night.

There’s no phone number here on purpose. There are two of us and we spend the day building sites, so an unplanned call would hit voicemail.

Yes, we tell plumbers to put their number on every page. Their customer has a burst pipe. Ours is planning a project.

Where we are

ConicPro is a two-person web studio based in Serbia, on Central European Time.

We keep Eastern business hours: we’re online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday. On the West Coast? Our day covers your morning and early afternoon.

We work with businesses in the US and Canada, and we quote and invoice in US dollars.

There’s no office to visit. There’s an inbox that gets answered.
